Returns & Exchanges
Pine and Lace gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of your ordered being delivered. Unfortunately, Pine & Lace is unable to issue shipping labels. It will be the customers responsibility to ship back returned or exchanged items.
- Start your return process by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return.
- Package your item with all the original packaging and return to us.
- Once your return has been delivered we will issue you a full refund or store credit. Please allow 5-7 for your return to be issued.
We understand how difficult online shopping can be at times with determining your size. Pine & Lace happily offers exchanges for another size with supply lasts. Please email email@example.com to start your exchange process.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small-time gap to cancel or change the order or address of the order.
If you decide to change the order or cancel please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org we will try our best to make the change but cannot guarantee we can do so.
