Returns & Exchanges

Pine and Lace gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of your ordered being delivered. Unfortunately, Pine & Lace is unable to issue shipping labels. It will be the customers responsibility to ship back returned or exchanged items. 

- Start your return process by emailing with your order number and reason for return.

- Package your item with all the original packaging and return to us.

- Once your return has been delivered we will issue you a full refund or store credit. Please allow 5-7 for your return to be issued.



We understand how difficult online shopping can be at times with determining your size. Pine & Lace happily offers exchanges for another size with supply lasts. Please email to start your exchange process.

- Any Items purchased while on sale


Wrong Address Disclaimer: 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small-time gap to cancel or change the order or address of the order.

If you decide to change the order or cancel please email us immediately at we will try our best to make the change but cannot guarantee we can do so.
